Two New Documents Now Available: ARCO Overview and Threat Assessment

Two new classified reference documents from the First Bulletin archive are now available as free downloads on DriveThruRPG.

ARCO: An Institutional Overview covers the structure, mandate, and operational philosophy of the Atlantic Research & Communications Office — the network at the centre of First Bulletin. Essential reading for new Station personnel and anyone curious how the machine actually runs.

Threat Assessment: Hostile Intelligence Personnel — European Theatre (1958) is an ARCO counterintelligence file profiling named KGB, GRU, and MfS officers operating across the continent, along with their methods and assessed threat levels.

The First Bulletin website is now live at firstbulletinrpg.com. This is the first transmission.

First Bulletin is a tabletop roleplaying game of propaganda and espionage in Cold War Europe, 1948–1961, created by Rick Liebling. The game is in active development. The Kickstarter campaign is coming. More will follow.
