What the Campaign Will Fund
Details are still being finalized, but the Kickstarter will include:
First Bulletin Core Rulebook — the complete rules, procedures, historical spine, and everything you need to run a contested Cold War city.
A full City Module including a complete starter adventure, city dossier, factions, and operational locations. City to be announced.
Additional City Modules are planned for Vienna, Helsinki, and Lisbon. Stretch goals and add-ons to be announced at launch.
